2026/2027 年度 中一自行分配學位申請程序及收生準則

本校2026/2027年度 中一自行分配學位申請程序、收生準則及比重，詳列如下：

1.  交表日期：2026年1月2日 至 2026年1月16日

2. 交表時間：

  星期一至五：       上午九時至中午十二時正及下午二時至四時正

  星期六：              上午九時至中午十二時正 

  (備註：表格可於本校網頁下載或親臨本校索取)

3.  學生/家長可親自到本校遞交表格，或透過「中一派位電子平台」遞交申請。

4.  遞交申請表時學生必須同時呈交下列文件：

1. 教育局提供之「中一自行分配學位」申請表（載有相同申請編號的「教育局存根」、「學校存根」及「家長存根」的三個相聯部分需保持完整，切勿撕開。）
2. 小五、小六成績表副本
3. 身份證及出生證明書副本
4. 曾獲頒發之證書或曾報讀之課程證書副本（無須遞交學校推薦信）
5. 貼上港幣 2元2角面值的回郵信封一個

• (一）及（五）只適用於親身遞交
• 小六中期試成績表可於2026年2月25日前交回本校
• 到校交表時，須帶備成績表及各證書的正本以作核實

5.  收生準則及比重： 

6.  2026/2027年度自行分配學位名額為 40。

7.  面試安排：面試日期為2026年3月14日(星期六)，所有申請者均獲面試機會，三月初將獲書面通知面試詳情。

8.  校方將於2026年3月31日 （星期二）透過書面及電話通知正取學生的家長。

Application for S1 Discretionary Places (2026/2027)

Details of the application procedures, assessment criteria and weighting are as follows:

1. Application Period: 2/1/2026 – 16/1/2026
2. Application Forms may be obtained in person at the school office or downloaded from the school website.
3. Submission of Application Form
   1. Submit the Application Form to the school office in person or via SSPA e-platform between 2^nd and 16^th January 2026, both dates inclusive.
      Mon to Fri :   9:00 am – 12:00 noon; 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
      Sat :    9:00 am – 12:00 noon
   2. Submit the completed Application Form together with the following items:

1. S1 Discretionary Places Application Form issued by Education Bureau (EDB's Copy, School's Copy and Parent's Copy that bear the same Application Number should remain intact.);
2. Photocopy of Primary 5 and 6 School Reports;
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Hong Kong Identity Card;
4. Photocopy of certificates (school recommendation letter is not needed);
5. A $2.2 stamped self-addressed envelope.

• Items (a) and (e) are applicable to submission in person only.
• “Primary 6 Mid-year School Report” may be submitted on or before 25/2/2026.           
• Bring all the original copies of Report Cards and Certificates for verification.

4. Criteria for the selection of S1 students:

5. Number of Discretionary Place for 2026/2027 is 40.
6. All applicants will be invited by post to attend the interview on 14/3/2026 (Saturday).
7. Parents’ of successful applicants will be notified by letter and phone on 31/3/2026 (Tuesday).
